• Am I tied into a contract?

• How long will it take to get setup?

  It’s easier than you think. The onboarding will help you every step of the way. If you get stuck then help from us is just a few seconds away! Reach out on live chat, or send us a message in our contact form.

• Can parents still book through my website?

  Absolutely. You can add a timetable to your website with a small snippet of code that will enable customers to book directly into sessions, book trials or join a waitlist.

• Will I have to change anything about the way that I run my business?

  You will have to think about how to use all the time that the Bodillo system frees up in your life! The Bodillo system was created following extensive discussions with club owners just like you and using the benefit of our 20 years experience of running classes. We are continually updating our system and always welcome any feedback on ways we can improve.

• How do I import my existing customers onto Bodillo?

  We keep life easy for you, simply send us your customer data and we’ll do the rest. Or if you prefer, get your customers to jump on to our amazing App and it will do all the leg work for you. Feedback from parents already using the app has been overwhelmingly positive, read the reviews.

• How are online payments taken?

  We process all payments securely through payment provider Stripe. This removes any stress that club owners have around unpaid invoices and payment collection. Payments can be collected by in a variety of ways (PAYG, pay upfront and monthly). Plus you’ll be able to track and monitor payments easily using your dashboard or transaction history.

• Will the system help me to grow?
