Let your customers easily find and book your classes. Add your timetable to your WordPress (WP) website in just a few seconds using a snippet of code. Sounds intimidating, but don’t worry! We’ll walk you through it.
Please note: if you are using the free WordPress hosting package, this will not work. (This pricing tier does not allow javascript, embedding of code, or plugins).
Walkthrough:
Step 1: Navigate to your account (click your profile picture in the top right corner next to the bell icon).
Step 2: Click the button ‘Widget embed code‘.
Step 3: Click the ‘Copy embed code‘ button (this automatically copies a snippet of code for you).
Step 4: Login to your WordPress dashboard (www.your-website.com/wp-admin).
Step 5: In the side navigation menu, click Pages.
Step 6: Hover over the page you wish to add your bookable timetable to and click the Edit button.
Step 7: Navigate to the section on your page you wish to add the timetable to and click the + button.
Step 8: Type HTML in to the search box
Step 9: Click the. Custom HTML option.
Step 10: A new block will be created, here’s where you paste your code snippet in we copied from earlier.
(Cmd + V for Mac. Ctrl + V for Windows).
Step 11: Click the update button to publish the changes on your website. And that’s it!
