Customers will receive an email one month before the end of term asking if they would like to keep their spot. They will have two weeks to respond (there are a series of nudge emails throughout this period).
If they wish to keep their spot, they must book and pay upfront for it. If the nudge emails go unanswered, you the club owner, will be prompted to remove them from the session if you wish.
This process gives you peace of mind, ensuring payments are not missed and sessions are attended by paying customers.
