System Set Up

• How do I import my existing customers onto Bodillo?

  We keep life easy for you, simply send us your customer data and we’ll do the rest. Or if you prefer, you can manually add customer data in yourself using our intuitive onboarding system.

• How long will it take to get setup?

  It’s easier than you think. The onboarding will help you every step of the way. We have plenty of helpful guides and videos on our site to help you get the most out of the system and we’re on Live chat during office hours so you can just send us a message. We are part of your team so here and happy to help!

• Will I have to change anything about the way that I run my business?

  You will have to think about how to use all the time that the Bodillo system frees up in your life! The Bodillo system was created following extensive discussions with club owners just like you and using the benefit of our 20 years experience of running classes. We are continually updating our system and always welcome any feedback on ways we can improve.

• Do I need a new website?

  Nope – the Bodillo booking widget can be easily integrated anywhere into your website with a small snippet of code.

• Can parents still book through my website?

  Absolutely. You can add a timetable to your website with a small snippet of code that will enable customers to book directly into sessions, book trials or join a waitlist.

• Can I set up pre-paid sessions?

  Yes! You can invite customers to a session and tick that it’s a pre-paid session. It will then send a booking confirmation email to your customer and appear in your transaction history. Particularly handy if you are onboarding with Bodillo mid way through a term.

• How do I share sessions on social media?

  You will have a URL that will take customers directly to your booking page. You can share this as much as you like. In addition you will also be able to share links to specific sessions with new participants.

• Is my information private?

  Yes, we take GDPR very seriously. We have safeguarding and encryption functionality in place.
