  • How do I set up the system?

    When you sign up you will be taken through a brief onboarding process which will get you set up and ready to take bookings and collect payments.

  • Am I tied into a contract?

    Nope, you can leave whenever you want!

  • Will the system help me to grow?

  • Will I lose the personal touch I have with my members?

    Absolutely not – the Bodillo system will give you more time to focus on the relationships you have with your customers, and we’ve added lots of little touches to help you give a personal level of service

  • Does this also work for Franchises?

    Absolutely. The Bodillo system is suitable for organisations of all sizes.

  • Does the system work for sessions that run all year round?

    Yes. The Bodillo system works for sessions that run all year round, on a termly basis or just a one off event. It has the flexibility to fit to your schedule.

  • Does the system work for camps and one-off events?

    Absolutely. Setting up a camp or one-off event is a simple process. You can even set up 1:1 sessions which are not visible to the public.

  • What happens if I need help?

    Bodillo is dedicated to your success. At first, you will be assigned a personal assistant to work with you through the setup phase, but we don’t think you’ll need it! We have plenty of helpful guides and videos on our site to help you get the most out of the system and we’re on Live chat during office hours so you can just send us a message. We are part of your team so here and happy to help!

  • Do I have to enter my credit card details to get started?

    No, you can set up your classes and customers without adding a payment card. However, in order for you to get paid/allow customers to book classes and trials, you will need to create a Stripe account. Once you’ve set up your Stripe account then payments for all sessions will be taken automatically. A small payment processing fee is deducted from the payment made before the money is transferred into your Stripe account. You’ll be able to view all payments in the Transaction History section.

  • I do not have a Stripe account, can I still use the system?

    The Bodillo system is designed to be used with payments being processed through Stripe. This is because its extremely secure and easy to use! Parents will be unable to book sessions without signing up to a Stripe account.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    PAYG – Book and pay for individual sessions.
    Subscription – Automatically charged monthly, without the need for to reauthenticating their payment details.
    Pay upfront– Pay for a whole term (or defined amount of time) in advance.

  • How are online payments taken?

    We process all payments securely through payment provider Stripe. This removes any stress that club owners have around unpaid invoices and payment collection.
    Payments can be collected by in a variety of ways (PAYG, pay upfront and monthly). Plus you’ll be able to track and monitor payments easily using your dashboard or transaction history.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    We don’t, however we do offer a free demo that will highlight just how amazing and life changing the Bodillo system really is. If you would like to sign up for a free demo, get in touch now!

  • Can I run private sessions?

    You absolutely can. Once set up, simply invite the participant(s) to the session, which will trigger an automated email where parents can book and pay for the session.

  • Is there a limit to how many trials I can offer?

    Nope! You can define exactly how many trials you would like to offer for each session and whether they are paid or free.

  • Does the system have an email system?

    Yes! Alongside the helpful automated emails, the Bodillo system also has a fully integrated email system where you can send emails to specific customer groups and create a custom email signature.

  • How do I cancel? What happens to my data?

    You can cancel at any time, no contract no cancellation fees, just drop us an email. We will be happy to provide you with a full export upon cancellation, or you can download and export your information at any time.
